*UPDATED FCA complaints procedure 11.01.24:
- Complaints timescales for consumers have changed to the Financial Ombudsman from 6 to 15 months
- Motor finance firms do not have to provide final responses to complaints within 8 weeks during the period from 11/01/2024 to 25/09/2024 and give complainants the right to refer their complaint for consideration by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
